Is Decaff coffee considered a clear liquid for pre-op?

I start clear liquids tomorrow and want to make sure I can have decaff coffee and decaff green tea  

I am sure that tea is fine, I am not sure about the coffee, but my guess is yes, it should be ok.  Check with your doctor just to be sure.

yep looked on my list.decaff coffe with splenda ok.yeah!!!u may like it black but decaff kinda has weird flavor so i use a packet of splenda.BETH

Yes, decaf coffee is allowed! I have allowed myself one cup per day...just no creamer :(

Coffee was a clear liquid for me.  I only had to do clears for 24 hours before surgery.  My prayers are with you.

P.S.  I was on clears for 10 days post op.  It is much easier then!

Yes decaf was on my breakfast tray during my hospital stay for 5 days..with powdered coffee mate.
