Oh yeah, I don't get my water in and I don't get in "regular" exercise. So, basically, I don't have anything to post

Now, that I have admitted all my short-comings....lol....I am interested in your Taco Soup - can you post the recipe?? It sounds interesting!!

But... it was pouring down here and I couldn't get to the grocery store so I made do with what I had in the pantry.
2.5 lbs of ground beef
1 large chopped onion
4 chopped celery stalks
I cooked all of this first, then drained the grease
I then added the following:  
1 can pinto beans
2 cans diced tomatoes w/green chiles
2 cans diced tomatoes w/sweet onions
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can mixed vegetables
1 pkt of Hidden Valley ranch
1 pkt of taco seasoning
1 pkt of chicken taco seasoning
4 cans of beef broth(DH loves a lot of juice in his soup)
I cooked it for about 2 hours on low heat and it came out delicious!  My boys drained the juice off and ate theirs over fritos and my hubby ate his soupy with crackers.  I drained some of the juice off mine and added shredded cheese over the top.  You can add ingredients and take some off, just depends on what you like.

L: Pizza (Susage and meatball) - Mostly ate the topping

D: Steak on the BBQ Grill
Water: Yes
Vitamins: Yes
Excercise: Unless something comes...going to Gym in a couple of hours

I had a high protein mac n cheese dealie from bariatricchoice.com that I could barely finish. That was about 11 o'clock.
I'm having a very small glass of wine right now and I'm thinkin' about a piece of cheese.
I definitely have had all my fluids-- I drink alot of crystal light.
I might sneak in an isopure later. . .
B: 2 1/2 philly cheesesteak egg bites w/ sour cream
S: none
L: none
S: hmm it's close to dinner time now...maybe a few peanuts
D: 3 or 4 small meatmalls in spagetti sauce, but if I eat the peanuts I will probably only be able to eat 2 meatballs so maybe no peanuts
S: light popped kettle corn most likely
B: flour tortilla, egg, sausage, and a half slice of bread....fail
L: Premier Protein Drink
D: 1/2 Whataburger and about 12 french fries....
need detox NOW!
B: None - Slept through it
L: None - Took a nap
D: Pork spare ribs, tablespoon of baked beans, table spoon of no sodium cream corn, tablespoon of creamed peas (I didn't eat all of anything but i tried!)
S: None - too late now
