I'm not even close to the last few pounds, but I've definitely been struggling lately and could use the support - and I'd of course love to lose 10lbs (or more) in the next few weeks!

I think I'll join! My doctor thinks 160 is a realistic goal and my next visit with him is in three months so I'm hoping to lose 23 lbs in the next three months. Normally I would say no problem, but I've been in a stall for the past week so I'm a little freaked out.

AND...I'm trying to exercise regularly now. I got on the treadmill yesterday and today and my goal is to do it at least 5 times a week. The only issue this week is that my kids are sick with fevers/vomitting and I'm feeling run down with aches and pains so if I get sick I won't work out until I get better. Hopefully I won't get sick!

Hi Gorgeous!

You are another one I keep an eye on.  You are so incredibly beautiful.  I love watching your progress.

I hope you and your family feel better soon, and that you don't feel any 'sicker' than you already do.

Let's break that STALL and get that weight loss going again ok honey?

Welcome to S&A,

Cindy

I'll join too.  I am finished with my long bike rides for the season and I am ready to finish loosing my last 10-15 lbs!

I'll post my food for the day and exercise, but I only weigh once a week, so I'll post my weight on fridays.  I am starting at 130 and want to eventually be at 115-120.

Excellent!  Hi Sweet Mary!

Good to see you.  crazy tiny numbers eh?  I love it, let's go for the 115, what the heck, you might as well go for what you really want!!

I look forward to watching your progress and your continued transformation...  what will your exercise be now that you won't be doing the long bike rides?

Glad you are here my dear!

Hugs,

Cindy

Two weeks ago, I completed my first 100 mile bike ride (crazy, huh?)  I had been training so much for it, riding upwards of 200-250 miles a week.  I actually made the decision in july to quit loosing weight for awhile because I just didn't have the energy I needed for my longer rides.  So, I will still ride my bike, but probably less than 100 miles/week, especially with it getting cooler and shorter daylight hours.  I've also started running (which I hate), so I'll be doing that.  I think that also over this winter, I'll lift weights again.

115 is just crazy silly!!! I am already smaller than I have ever been.  I am wearing a 4/6.  I really thought that I would end up in an 8 or so.  The last time I weighed 120, I was in an 8.  I guess I am more compact now, LOL!

I just took a peek at your pics and you look fabulous!!

Hi Mary!

Wow impressive, I could never ride that far, amazing job!

Funny 115 lbs puts you are the same BMI I was when I was 145 and I felt absolutely amazing, now I am getting crazy and going to try for 140... so that I never go over that magic number of 145, where I felt so good...

Sizes are all messed up now, I have not lived in Canada since 2004, but I hear there is vanity sizing now, so I have nooooooo idea what size I am now :)  I just keep taking my clothes in and in... and I go by what I look like in the mirror...

Thanks for the compliments on my pics, the last ones were in March and I was in the low 150's... but I love to be REALLY REALLY lean :)

I can't wait to get to 140 lbs and see you between 115 and 120 lbs... I will be rooting for you!
