How in the world...
A sample day for me might be this:
B: string cheese
L: 1/3 c. chicken salad
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: chicken, taco meat, beef, pork (or whatever meat is in the dinner that I cook for my family)
S: cheese
or
B: eggface egg bites (3)
L: slice of pepper jack cheese
D: turkey chili
S: nuts
Lately I have been avoiding wheat crackers, light popcorn and nuts, even though I've always lost ok when I ate those things. I just avoid them when I can now that I'm closer to goal.
How long have you been avoiding the crackers, popcorn, etc.? That seems like it might help but you may not have seen the results yet. Can you replace the string cheese with some type of protein? I personally eat all kinds of meat; filet mignon, pork chops, chicken, etc. Then once a day maybe some veggies.
I find the more often I eat meat, the better results I get and dairy stalls me as do nuts. Your menu looks pretty good but I'd say try to replace meat with cheese or other dairy choices as often as you can. Of course stay away from the wheat crackers, etc. :) Perhaps you can add in some veggies in the place of the cheese too?
I know it's all easier said than done but maybe if you give this a try it will help.. couldn't hurt right?

Eating such low calorie amounts when our bodies were used to years of high and much higher calorie diets puts a major glitch in the system. It takes our bodies a long time to figure out that fat burning is better than fat storage. That change takes time and patience. That said your weight training should help burn more fat and break your stall, and if not than time itself will help force your body to let go of the fat reserves...
Here, this picture.. so.. course its obvious which is the beforebefore.. but there are 2 months and 2 pounds between the before keto/lifting and the keto/lifting picture.
I want to get toned a little - especially in my arms (batwings) and my butt (bumflaps - the worst!!!). I have a good bit of fat hanging around on my mid section and upper thighs that has to go. Really I want to lose about 33 more lbs or more depending on how I feel if I ever make the 33 lbs!
I had to stop for a while because I lost my supah job and had to go back to transcription, so I needed to give my hands a chance to have endurance with the typing, before I went back to the lifting, but yea! I am.
I know you will get to where you want to be! Having more muscle on you will eat up fat all over, which is good! I just did not want you to get discouraged if it did not show on the scale like I was thinking you wanted it to.
I mean - it will ultimately definitely! But you know - cardio is better for the "weight" loss seeing quicker than the muscling up!
I do about 45 minutes on the treadmill 4-5 times a week (I'm easing into it ha), but I'd like to do only 30-40 minutes on the treadmill and then 30-40 on strength training.
I tried the fast/slow thing on the treadmill today that my Dr. told me to do (his theory is that it burns more calories and I can shorten the time spent on the treadmill that way, 30 minutes rather than an hour or whatever) and I jogged for 5 minutes and 30 seconds (in between my fast walking). I thought I would die I was so tired!! I used to be able to jog for at least 30 minutes when I was this weight fourteen years ago - but I lost that much weight by working out two hours a day, mostly cardio. It's amazing the difference..I am so out of shape even though I'm the same size now.
