Congradulation....I was just wondering if you followed any diet ie Atkins, or stuck to proteins....just wondering I got my surgery last month Aug 9th and got a sleeve plication but have been at a bit of a stand still in weight loss, looking for answer so I can see my feet....thank you

 I do focus on protein first at most meals.  The weight loss has really slowed down in the last couple months as I get closer to my goal weight.  

The doc said that if i get down to 200lbs that he considers it a complete success.  I know that my body has been much smaller before so I am hoping to drop a little more.  My lightest adult weight was 165 when I came out of boot camp when I was in the army. I am hoping that I will get closer to that number and then gain a few lbs to where my maintenance weight will be.
