I started full liquids yesterday and was wondering the same thing.
Did you feel any restriction with the greek yogurt? I did not.
But, it seems like when I eat the yogurt or pudding my stomach starts making all kinds of odd noises. Its all so new, trying to figure out if Im full or if my stomach is growling. Crazy.

yogurt was on my list, but we were told to thin it down if it was to thick...if you put thinner yogurt in your mouth it breaks down to a liquid just as jello, and pudding do.. plus they all start as a liquid before setting.  greek yogurt is usually strained so it tends to be a lot thicker, but it still starts as a fluid, and will still break back down if you hold it in your mouth.
