Arnold's has 100% whole wheat sandwich thins for both hamburger and hot dogs. I haven't used them yet as i'm just transitioning to real food, but my husband(whom has asked me to help him clean up his diet)said they tasted great and he is picky. he used the hot dog rolls for a meatball hoagie! I think they are about 100 calories! I love these for everything from turkey to tuna, be great for burgers too:

thanks for sharing that link! Yep..that's what I had seen at the store..can't wait to try them. I do think I will toast them first, because anything doughy at all doesn't sit right on my stomach.I have used the Arnold's 100% whole wheat thins for salmon burgers. Love them. I do toast them first and can only eat about 1/2 at a meal.
But something I found last week, and it's probably been all over this site, is the Carbmaster yogurt at Kroger. The calories are only 60, carbs are very low compared to Dannon Light and Fit and 8 grams of protein. The best part? They cost about 15 cents less than Dannon and taste great. I was never a fan of yogurt. (Maybe because it has a funny name?) But I will do whatever it takes to get this weight off and maintain good health.
Thanks for sharing everyone. This site is the best for support and ideas. you guys!
