At all most 9 months how much should a person be loosing a month?

Yup Im jealous to Im 7 months and this last month I only lost 7 lbs, I only have 9 to my original goal, but I have decided I would like to lose another 20. I'll be thrilled if I can get it off by my 30th b day in august.

Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't you just have gallbladder surgery?  If so I have heard of people losing some weight from the surgery.

Even if that is not the case, you are doing a great job!. I can't wait to be able to say I am close to goal.
