The nutritionist gave me some helpful hints to make protein shake taste better. It was pretty good it really did taste like a lemon cheesecake.  I had it for dinner yum well for a protein shake lol

3/4 cup fat free milk
1 scoop protein powder -  I used vanilla
2tsp of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix - I used instant
2tsp of lemon extract

Shake or blend & add a couple of ice cubes

I made my son one but his was a coconut cheesecake flavor. The only substitution I made was instead of using the lemon extract I used the coconut extract same measurements. Those dang extracts are the bomb. What wonders do they do. Tomorrow Im gonna try the vanilla protein with a spoon of orange crystal light to make a dreamscicle/orange cream. I might put it in the blender with ice not sure depending if I want slushy or not.

Well I jus thought I share my ideas with ya. I know everyones ideas help me.

Oh this is coming from someone who can't stand protein shakes lol but Im trying to make the best of them.

Thank you for sharing. I usually add sf syrup flavors to add that extra flavor. I never thought of using sf pudding mix. Thanks for the suggestion. There are never enough ways to pep up those protein shakes.....

There are a bunch of shake recipes with SF pudding and fruit and other flavors on eggface's blog, I have tried most of them.  I have a big stack of SF pudding and ton of the Torini SF syrups, LOVE!

Other WLS friendly recipes on here too!
