oh yeah, this is why no steak and stop when you're full! LOL!
My body loves steak.. I can probably eat 4-5 ounces of the stuff with no issues if it's nice and rare.. now I can only eat 2-3 ounces of dry, dense chicken. Eggs fill me up VERY quickly too.

I've been eating steak forever. Never had a problem with it. I had more problems with chicken early out than steak. The thing is, with all meat I eat, it has to be very tender, moist and not dry. If it's too dry, I don't tolerate it well. Very tender steak for me tends to be the medium rare stage. And, yeah, you really need to listen to your body. Don't let yourself get to the full stage. At 'full' it's sometimes 'too much'.
