How has your day to day life changed?
It's all good! All of it! I swear, it's been like a miracle!! 90% of the "head hunger" and food craziness is GONE! When I had the surgery I hoped I could get down to a size 8, and lo and behold I'm a size TWO!! I even have a few size 0 clothes hanging in the closet!
I am a mad exerciser these days: I do three boot camp classes, two personal training sessions, and two tap dancing classes a week, and I LOVE it! I have muscle definition on my arms and can't stop staring in the mirror and flexing my "guns" (biceps)!
I wear beautiful clothes every day and I feel like a million bucks in them! I'm healthy and feel 10 years younger!

I'm 65 - but my grand kids swear I'm "getting younger," as I "shrink." Smart kids.
I'm not yet 6 mos. post-op and I've lost 125 lbs. - I'm amazed as I write this.....
My days begin earlier, begin with high-energy, and are full of activity. I exercise every single day - yesterday, it was serious gardening work for 6 hrs., today it was to be golf, but looks like I'm getting rained out, so I'll walk my 3+ miles later.
How's my life changed? No more diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, or what wifey called, "general grouchiness." (My grouchiness is much more specific these days.)
Wifey and I just returned from a week at a luxury resort where I golfed 3 times in 7 days, snorkeled, swam like a fish (instead of a whale) and went "off program" for a bit - eating good things and drinking alcohol for the first time in 7 mos. - Net result: lost another 5 lbs. - go figure! (Full disclosure truth: I had one very bad experience - too much food, too quickly consumed- and 2 minor problems in 7 days; 2 hrs. of agony; lesson learned)
I'm under 300 lbs. for the first time in 12 years, look like a different person and feel fabulous. Sleeve helps tremendously with this - but I work very hard at my eating/exercise regimen to promote the weight loss. I log every bite of food/drink and every step of exercise - my computer is my conscience and I don't lie to it the way I used to lie to myself. I also take the time to go to 3 support group meetings per month; I continue to learn from other WLS colleagues and now, with my experience, I'm able to "pay it forward" w/ advice and suggestions to others.
My life these days? Aces!

I am generally more happy. I clean my house every morning. I do some form of exercise everyday. I love shopping for new clothes. I wore a bathing suit with no shirt or shorts. I run after my children. My husband lifts me up and spins me around. I fit into a size freakin one jeans. I love to go out in public. I get random compliments from strangers. I love life now!
