OPINION PLEASE...

I think you are doing great.  I say no.  You can lose the rest if you follow the sleeve rules and exercise.  You have already come so far and you look great!

   I personally would NOT do it. I am so happy I choose the sleeve. I have friends and family members who had gastric bypass and have had gallbladder complications, vitamin complications and worst of all DUMPING. I am 100% with the sleeve and will work my booty off one way or the other!

You *may* need malabsorption, but you do NOT need an RNY!!! Why butcher your perfectly functional Sleeve into a pouch and stoma?

If you decide you do need malabsorption, PLEASE just add the 'switch' part of the DS to your Sleeve. As a DSer, I have a Sleeve, and I would NEVER allow someone to turn it into a pouch.

Also, reverting back to purely liquids is not an effective weight loss strategy.

Friendly speaking, I'm a role model in that hospital for others and motivate them to do VSG . My Doctor doest want to jump the gun and RNY me..he keep monintoring me..if possible as he mentioned is i can lose weight the RNY will not be consider..DS is not been done yet in Singapore but from VSG to RNY it is possible with his monintoring..

Both Endo Doctor and Surgeon keep close to my progress..just afraid about my sugar level might lead me to diaebetic. My Hypertention gone since I had my Sleeve done.
