HELP! Need to kick start some weight loss.....
I've put on about 9.5 lbs since my lowest weight(4 years out) and would LOVE to get rid of that before my wedding in July. Any long termers out there with advice on kick starting my lil banana to do it's thang again???
What I probably really need is a bunch of cheerleaders. Come on ladies!!! Help me out....
Back to basics is what we always say......

I'm no long termer, but vets like you inspire me! Four years out and only 9 lbs of regain? Go girl! I'll be a cheerleader for ya!!!! ..... On another note, I've read from many that "back to basics" is the way to go to jumpstart weight loss.
Congrats on the upcoming wedding! I'll be cabbage patching for ya in the meantime!

I'm only a year out and still have a long way to goal. But I was nervous that I could eat more than I had been 6 months ago. Did the 5 day pouch test to get back in touch with my restriction and carb detox. Weight loss was just an added benefit - 6 pounds Monday thru Friday and then the scale was down 2 more on Monday.
I only average about 1.5 -2 per week.
Here's the website http://www.5daypouchtest.com/plan/days1_2.html
Just an FYI ----This is not recommended for folks less than 9 months.

Fiancee and I are getting married in July as well. We are both 3 years out...I'm VSG, she's RNY. She also wants to lose weight. We are walking more, going back to basics, not eating out as much - cooking at home where we can control things.....
