Premier Protein® Shake
I like the vanilla. someone came into my bariactric support group saying they hate the vanilla
and gave some away. I was able to get one. I like it... I hear a lot of people dont.
I dont mind the very very protein taste. I grew up with mom being into health foods and that
is what we got for breakfast. her protein shakes were strong. so I dont mind.
yeah I wonder if the strawberry is good. I guess if I ever find the vanilla I could add
some fresh strawberries which might even be healthier.

At the OH conference in Seattle last weekend, they had the samples of vanilla and strawberry - they were very good. They said Costco should start carrying them by early October if not sooner. I hope so, I am getting burned out on Chocolate.
