May Sleevers, checking in!
I was four weeks out on Friday, down about 15 lbs. Stalled after week one and stayed that way until a few days ago :( Oh well, not really stressing it. I haven't lost 15 lbs. in a month in ....well....ever :) Eating pretty much anyting that is soft (or will get soft once I put it in my mouth). Cottage cheese, deli meat, protein drinks, yougut, etc. Don't have any pain or anything, but I really want to go in the pool. One of my incisions is still healling so I'm a little wary. Other than that, life's good.
I am about a few days short of 3 weeks post op. I lost 14 lbs in the first 1 1/2 weeks and then nothing till I lost 2 lbs over the weekend. I can have liquids, pudding, yogurt, eggs, ricotta cheese and cottage cheese. I can get in 4 oz of yogurt and about 3 oz of eggs. I am still having trouble getting in all my fluids in a day, but its a work in progress. My first day back at the gym is tomorrow, which I am excited about... Hoping it will help my weight loss some.
Hey kiddos! I will be 4 weeks out and I'm down 37 pounds (as of this morning) from my highest weight, which was 2 weeks pre-op. I'm very happy with my results but need to kick my but into a solid exercise routine.
No pain, incisions healed nicely. Getting all my water in...trying my best to get my protein in and looking forward to my 1 month check up with my surgeon on Friday!
WE all rock!!
XOXO, Jennie
