 I did a similar ricotta thing when my family got pizza after my sleeve.  I think that I may have waited till I was about 2-3 weeks post op.  When you can do more pureed add a little mozzarella. Yumo!  Take it slow and easy.  Your diet will be advancing before you know it and you will be chalking up big numbers soon!  Congratulations on your sleeve and your future success!  The road ahead may have a few hills; just keep your eye on the prize!
            
Nothing worth having comes easy.  Success comes with hard work and determination and sacrifice!

Thanks so much - looking forward to the mozz added - but I swear I will only do whats "on diet" as I go!  Lucky I could do the "fake" pizza and still stay on plan!
