And 17 lbs down!

That just seems so unreal!

I am doing incredibly well - feeling great! Trying to listen to my new little friend (and I don't mean those strange space alien noices it made for a few days) and learn it's new temperment. Fluids go down easy - almost too easy - like 2 big swallows at a time! Yesterday I had some super thin oatmeal (allowed on my full liquids). OMG - you would have thought it was a filet mignon - it was SO GOOD! I like that I am re-learning how to enjoy foods!

Hope everyone else is doing well! For those considering this surgery - I vote DO IT!

I know it's in my future - but I'm ready (at least think I am).

Our bodies need time to regroup after the loss - right? Keep on plan, you'll bust threw it in no time! (and measure - I bet you will be loosing inches while on the stall!)

It sounds like you're off to a great start! Keep the positive vibes going and best of luck on your journey.

Current weight: 170 lbs.

Once I reach goal, this cow will be killed & eaten... 2 ounces at a time.

Total includes 56 lbs. lost on 2-month low carb pre-op diet. Start date 9/13/10.

Yes, one of the things no one will tell you is they put an alien in when they take you stomach out. They don't like it in there at first and make a lot of noise. Mine are still objecting to being in there but less than at first.

I'm happy for you and your loss so far. Keep it up. You're going to start feeling GREAT real soon.
