May Sleevers Checking In!
Now that I am back to "eating" kinda hard to get in a pattern, it seemed easier to make my pureed foods and such, now I seem to be sick of protein shakes, no longer fond of water even when it is just to take my meds, not getting in my vitamin every day.....and going to the gym like once a week for one hour....as far as what I am having that part is good, eggs refried beans, chicken portions but I know I am not getting in my protein I hope I don't wither away I am going to start doing one of these food journals to see how off I am

I would not be getting in my protein if it were not for my morning shake. I use a scoop of unjury protein (20 grams protein) 2 tablespoons peanut butter (8 grams protein) some greek yogurt (more protein), and a cup of nonfat milk (I think like another 7 grams protein), with a few ice cubes and a frozen bannana thrown in sometimes. I figure right around 40+ grams of protein starting my day. I use it as my first meal. Uusally holds me off until well into the afternoon.
