Well i did it...I am sleeved...i have been in Peurto Vallarta for the last week and let me tell you it was an amazing experience....I have alot of gurgling going on(at times) and i am still trying to think is that my stomach growling for food(its pretty loud for 80% being cut out...lol

I have a couple questions one of the biggest thing i am struggling with is the sipping...(i have never been a sipper...) I try really hard and trust me when i take to big of gulp i can tell....i just hope that it grows to be a habit...because its not fun...

I am on clear liquids till sunday then 2 weeks of full liquids....so if anyone has suggestions for full liquids would appreciate it...

I have not weighed yet...tomorrow i will keep you posted once i find out if i lost any...but i am still pretty swollen in tummy and all :-)

Happy to have you all by my side for support...i have never felt this ready before!!!

Glad everything went well for you in Mexico an dthat you are home safely.
Someone posted on here today that they got a sippy cup and it helped them a lot. You
might give that a try. I have my surgery on the 19th and I am going to buy one just in case I need it. Good luck!

Congratulations on being sleeved! I'm on day 7 myself and still on full liquids. The best thing I have found is warm soup (either the Unjury protein chicken broth or 98% fat free cream of chicken strained with unflavored protein added in.) I really like the feel of warm soup sliding down. It's very soothing. But some people like cold things so you just have to try everything. Good luck!

So glad you are home and doing well! I heard a sippy cup works best (I already got one for when it is my turn) stay on top of the hydration....sip,walk,rest, ...repeat. Take it easy on yourself and talk to you soon!

Welcome home and Congratulations on your new tiny tummy. Isn't it amazing how loud it can be. If my dogs are laying by me and it starts to girlgle, they **** their heads and look at it funny.

ANYWAYS, enjoy your journey and remember to rest, sip and keep walking.

Congratulations! You're beginning your new life! Think thin think little sips and little bites. I really loved chicken broth. And sugar free popsicles are awesome. After 3 weeks I could have sugar free jello is good too. I like the blue raspberry Isopure drinks= 40 grams protein for 20 oz.
