VSG on 10/20/10

Thank you all so much for your support! It's very helpful to see that I'm not alone in my struggle. I think it's definately head hunger! I am going to get on this forum more often, & might try the 5 day pouch test as well. I deleted most carbs today, I'm doing Atkins right now. Thanks also for all the compliments. We can do it!!!
