wearing a dress!!!

hi!  this has been a good month so far!  today i'm wearing a cotton sun dress -- truly don't know when the last time i even wore a skirt!  i've been in this job 5 years and no-one has ever seen me in a dress -- and it's a 16!!  wearing spanx mostly b/c my thighs have a little rubbing-together problem.

I wear dresses all the time when I work.  If you want to forgo the spanxs due to hot weather, I recommend putting lotion on your legs.  I never chafe if I'm lotioned up!  Love my cocoa butter!

I sometimes use spray deodorant for the Thigh Problem.

thanks for the tip about slippery thigh stuff.  the spanx are a pain in the 100 degree heat, so an alternative sounds great.  i had forgotten about the monistat stuff!!
