Are there any women out there over 40 who have lost 100lbs and didn't have loose skin after ?  I've been dong ab exercises as well core exercises.

You are going to have some loose skin unfortunately. Exercise will help as the muscle will help fill in. Whether you can live with it is up to you. I have the majority of skin on my thighs but I am still way underweight so I am not dealing with it until I get back to goal and have some nice muscle mass. I did have a tummy tuck as I knew that skin wasn't going to go away no matter how much I gained or worked out.

Wishing you the best on your amazing journey!

All of them...lol! I actually preferred Boost Plus. I think it's because they were easy and I just got used to the taste.

There may be a glimmer of hope. My friend had bypass and lost 110 and yes over 40 and had such little loose skin that you really had to be looking for it to notice. She looks amazing at 10 years out. She didn't exercise much at all. I think a lot of it depends on your genetics and body. Loose skin is healthier than fat and clothes can sure hide a lot. I will not be as lucky as her. At 75 pds lost I am already noticing the loose, wrinkled skin.

Good luck and I wish you the best.

Yes !!!  That's what I want to hear.  Star Jones, who used to be on The View had bypass and said she only needed breast augmentation.  I'm totally being a freak right now, but no matter what I'm going to give it my all.  Thank you so much.

Good luck !!!
