9 months out...Before and After pics!
Kelli, I am not the ideal poster child AT ALL. I havent done ten seconds of exercise. I do always get my protein in with generally 90gms or more per day ( I do drink at least one premier shake a day). I pretty much suck at getting in all my fluids.......I really should drink more. For the first six months, I stayed way low carb (around 30gms). Since then, I generally stay under 50 and Ive added an occasional whole grain toast with some peanut butter (yummy). Pasta I avoid....cuz I love it too much. Tortillas still dont agree with me. If I eat bread, I make sure its toasted. It just sits better with me. I weigh every day, just my thing. It keeps me accountable. I think at your stage, I was big into tuna. I would mix it with a little greek yogurt, dill, onion salt, cheese and saute it. Good stuff.
