IMPLANTS?!? Who's got em? Who wants em, gimme the scoop!
I have been researching this like crazy. You will have more luck on realself.com. I posted a question about this on there yesterday which i unkowningly linked to my ******g FB with a pic of my boobs! FML. Look me up on there, everyone has seen my boobs by now so **** it. The drs looked at my boobs and gave me their opinions. Its very very helpful. I am not doing an implant, even if it means less pole volume. I don't want the issues that come with implants and even if that means being a c or d thats okay by me. i like having bigger boobs don't get me wrong but implants have tons of issues in and of themselves and I don't like how they look or feel. They ARE NOT lifetime devices and no matter what a person who has implants will tell you and DR will tell you it is very likely you will need another surgery every 15 years. I don't want to spend that kind of money, I don't want hard boobs, I don't want that hard man peck like cleavage. Even if my boobs are smaller with a lift they will look bigger as they are higher. We are all used to having larger breasts cue we have large bodies. I have fuller frame even at goal. Its how Im built. I can wear a small on top and bottom … but its so taunt across my boobs, I look forward to clothes fitting well all over. I see skinny girls all the time with c cup boobs who look great and if I have to be smaller ill wear a nice push up. I don't want have to have surgery over and over again. I looked at tons of before and after and I want natural looking breasts. Its the way the cleavage looks that bothers me the most. I have felt my friends boobs and they feel hard and icky even her hubby dislikes them. She has a capsular contractor which means her boobs are totally uneven. Once this happens you have to pay to have it redone and your risk for it to recur is high once it has happened to you. Do a lot of research babe. My friends boobs are now lop sided and she cant even afford to have it redone and if she did… it could very well happen again as the scar tissue builds up again. You have to go to REALSELF.COM

btw... $10.600??? for lift only or lift + implants?
I will check on my home country when I go there next week but I can assure you it costs at least half of that down there... and the surgeons are amazing there.

Hey Sassy!
My good friend had a reduction and was VERY upset @ the loss of volume, She's going back for implants, after two years of deflated boobies, next month.
On a personal note, I got implants about four years ago (my boobies NEVER grew when I gained weight ) : My surgeon was very specific about massaging my boobs after surgery, to avoid contractures. It was very painful to do it on fresh implants, but I did, and now I have soft, bouncy boobs. Research, research and more research,,,,,,and.........YAY FOR YOU!!!!

I had a breast reduction and lift a few years ago. I went from a EE to a C. Best decision I ever made, besides VSG. I'll be compltely honest. I was worried the first year, because my boobs looked so flat, small, and scars. It takes a while for the scars to go away, but you can barely see where the light scars are. After everything healed completely, they filled out nicely. They are perky now, and they look great. Finding the right bra is hard because when you are healing, you seem flat, so it feels like the bra does nothing. But now.... after losing 110 + pounds, I wish I did implants back then. Because now they have gotten a little bit smaller, but I would like the fullness on top like implants give you. If you are going through all that pain of a TT, lift, etc. I would do it! I love my breasts now, but I would love to have a boob job now.... lol. i dunno if this helps, but hopefully it did.
