half way to "my" goal but doc says unrealistic --VETS??

My doc said I would level out between 150 and 170 and if I was to get lower, I would have to work out 5 days a week.

I am now at 156, and I work to lose every pound now.  MY personal goal is 150.  If I get lower, so be it.

Only you can control how much you lose.  Doctors are wrong every day.  For example, my sister in law started around 350 and doctors said she would level off around 210.  She weighs 170!

Keep doing what you are doing if you feel good and are losing weight!
