Wish me luck! Tom is my big day, Nervous and a bit scared but trying to stay as positive as possible. Anybody going in for surgery tom, lets be buddies, maybe we could get through all the challenges, ups and downs that are ahead together. See you sleeved the next time

aw yay i bet you wont sleep a drop tonight from being so excited and anxious! my surgery is in 6 more days!!! good luck. ill pray that you have a safe surgery and fast recovery!

I will say a prayer for peace and you keep that positive attitude!!  Surgery is not bad at all, I had little pain, and the pain I did have was on the 2ND day, and that pain was very tolerable...I did not even use the morphine pump much at all.  The third day was so much better and each day after that gets better and better.  Walk as soon after surgery as possible and as much as you can, I cannot tell you how much it helps.  I walked every hour that I was awake in the hospital and have continued since I have been home.
You will do great and I am excited for you, you are on your way to the new you!!!!
