Sleeved and SO UPSET!!!!
You've gotten lots of great advice. My pre-admission workbook talks about how the pain management should be at the hospital and it says that you should not be feeling the way you are, they can either change your meds or change the level of the dosage. Hope you feel better fast.
As for the hunger, I had some head hunger in the hospital, as the TV kept playing commericials for pizza and popeyes chicken (I've never even had that). But I am 2.5 weeks out and having to remind myself to eat. Your body and your brain are going to continue to adjust for a while.
Hope you feel better very very soon.

I had a lot of pain on my right side post op. It turned out to be the drain tube. Once that was removed (mine was out on 3rd day) the pain was gone.
I was on vicodin. Ask if you can have something other than morphine. Morphine is KNOWN to not mask pain very well.
If you keep being ignored, call your doctor directly and tell him you want transferred to a hospital that takes care of people. This will pass, the pain will go away and I'm sorry this is where you are coming out of it.
