Has Anyone ever done colonics after the sleeve? Just curious...

I always thought colonics was woo. I haven't reasearched it, that's just the impression I had of it, so I'll be interested to hear of any experiences people have had. May have to open my mind a bit.

I spoke with my NUT and she told me I can do a colon clease. I got a tea from Dr. Natura's website. Worked like a charm. No cramps, no gas...awesome.

I take mine out from time to time and wa**** with soap and water.

Kidding, of course. I've spoken, at length, to many medical professionals about this and really....your colon will take care of itself...no need to cleanse it.
