Desperate Dietary Measures
my own creation/experiment - the Banana diet! 6 bananas & tons of water only a each & everyday! i lost ALL my weight (guess also proved i may not be carb-sensitive necc) BUT gained everything back when i went back to 'normal' eating - what is that anyway? 
it was yummy, but i went bananas to say the least?! lol
So... i stopped monkeying around.. lol ok ok enough w/these jokes already, i know......
but my potassium levels were great!! no leg muscle cramps, tons of energy from the sugar
hmmmmmmm.... wondering..... nah! i like the variety in my vsg 'diet' better, lets see, choco or vanilla protein shake, chicken or turkey, peanuts or almonds, spinach/arugula/watercress, string or babybel cheese? lol

Cabbage Soup diet FTW! - let's just say my digetstive system told me to stop that. Like NOW.
Atkins - Lost 60 pounds, got depressed because we had to move, gained it all back when I started eating bread again ;)
Negative Calorie diet - I think this lasted 3 days because it was utterly ridiculous.
No-Fat diet - this one was my bright idea when I was in my early 20s. I hate only things with no fat. Yeah, that didn't work.

*laughing* That one was where I only ate "negative calorie" foods. They are foods that expended more calories to consume than it's own value. Things like celery and black coffee. I lasted a few days on that.
