and 45 pounds down.. I have a lot more to go but seeing the scale go down instead of up is amazing.. I'm loving life, for sure!

I was worried the other day because I felt something "strange" in my shoulder area.. then I realized it was my collar bone - I was so confused lol. I guess I should get used to it, huh
