Whats your starting weight and height and how much did you lose in the first month
I'm 5'6
starting weight (pre-op) 238.8
Weight day of surgery 235.6
1-mo post op (7/27) 209.8 (so, 25.8lbs lost first mo)
2-mo post op (8/27) 197.6 (another 12.2 lost 2nd mo)
today (10.5 wks out) 193.2 ( total of 45.6lbs lost, 42.4 since surgery).
It's fun to see how everyone else is doing, but be careful in comparing yourself. Some lose faster, some slower. I generally hold (or bounce up) for a week or so at a time, then drop a couple of pounds.
Start - 240
Surgery - 237
Current - 221
Total loss (since surgery) 15 pounds
I hit 1 month next week though!!

I got a nifty chart from my NUT, does the average weight loss as a percentage of your excess weight. So the first month she says is more erratic for everyone, but the average is 19% of excess weight. I was down 29#, 16% of excess weight (within 4 pounds though of the average).
According to this chart by month 3, sleevers on average lose 30% of excess.
Month 6 is 50% of excess.
Month 9 is 60%
Month 12 is 70%
Month 15 is 80%
Of course this is apparently based on averages and everyone is different. Certainly, we have a lot of folks here who have had very different numbers in both directions. But still, it is an interesting chart.
