7 weeks out... occaional days where you just can't really eat?

90+% of the time I do great... no complaints at all...

But sometimes, like today, there are days where my sleeve just wants nothing to do with this whole food and water thing...

Today I have struggled to get my fluids in, everything makes me feel full. I had a 6oz shake made with water, 1/2 a protien bar and a string cheese.  333 calories.  I have done my best on water, but only about 20 oz.  I made chicken breast with a little bit of seasoning and some cheese (kinda like the inside of a fajita) for dinner... and I just can't seem to get it down, even though I've had it before... I've eaten maybe 1/2 oz of the 2.5 I made (I usually can't eat it all).

I feel fine, I'm not worried, I'll just have another shake later and keep sipping, but does this happen to other folks too?

Yes, I experience the same thing.  I am also 7 weeks out and I still struggle some days to get the protein in via "food" and then have to substitute with a protein shake or bar.
I just work at it each day and do my best.
All and all....I am still so thankful and love my sleeve!!!

Me too! I still can only handle only certain foods. Cream of Wheat..no reg oatmeal anymore. Yogurt goes down fine. But regular food is a real hit and miss. I would like to eat other things but I just cant. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, no rice from chipotle figuring I would have a lunch and a dinner but I still could not eat  more than 5 bites! I just hope that the scale reflects all this on Saturday!

Thank you all, i thought it was just me that was having trouble getting protein and liquid in. I have been struggling for days and am only 3 weeks out and thought i was doing something wrong.
