ThanksGiving Challenge Weekly Update!!!!!

Last week I was 205.5  Today I'm 202, so a loss of 3.5 lbs.  Woohoo!  I'm on my way to my 20 lb loss goal!

I am happy to report a 1 lb loss from last week!!!!

my goal was to lose 30 by thanksgiving/ 40 by christmas...so far I am down 5 lbs. If I keep up at this pace I will make it no problem! Can't wait! only 25 more to go! I want to hit onderland for christmas!

I'm down to 203.4... can't remember last week.  I haven't made the best choices today though :-(

I'm holding at 212. I've started exercising regularyly again. This should be to get things moving. My goal is 15 lbs.

  I lost about 1.5 after a week of struggling with TOM hunger, getting a new scale and stopping my bp meds with diuretics.  I'm hoping to lose 15 by Thanksgiving, 30 by Christmas, about my 6 months surgiversary.
