how are the 2wks-6wks out peeps??
Great thread, thanks Paige!
I am 3 1/2 weeks out. Am down 25.5 lbs from surgery. I am definitely experiencing the 'dreaded 3 week stall" as I've been stuck at this # for 5 days. I am still on full liquids (conservative surgeon) and don't start on pureed foods/mushies until next week. Went back to work a week after surgery and have relatively good energy - all things considered. I am getting in all my liquids easily - but range between 50-60 grams protein, which I admit is harder to get it for me b/c I HATE protein shakes and rely on Unjury and/or Isopure for most protein. Next week I plan on ramping up my walking. I can definitely can see the loss in my face, chest and my pants are fitting much looser. My 'fattest' pants are retired- those went out the week after surgery. The thing that blows my mind is when I do eat, how full I get off of SO LITTLE. Crazy! I am so grateful for this forum, I read it every night and it's helps me keep my head in the game.
