Neck Hurts
that my neck hurt soooooOOoooo bad. I can barely turn my head to the right.
I wanted to do a 11:AM " Hot Yoga" Class. Yes "Hot Yoga" is what I am getting into this
month. I couldnt make it and now I HAVE TO wait until i heal. I was sooOOoo LQQKING
forward to HOT YOGA.
I think I slept wrong. I was sooOOooo out last night that I think I was sleeping in a funny position and that is why my neck hurts. I even put bengay on it. Actually I am going to put some one now...
I hope this goes away soon....

She always tells me to put ICE on things like that until she can see me. 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off because most likely a nerve is pinched which can cause some swelling around the area.
BTW....Hot Yoga Rules! We just had a place open up locally and I am hooked.
