On a serious note: Have you ever tried soba noodles instead of regular pasta? its tastes
the same. Try to make your pasta for your family with these noodles. Its healthier...
but I didnt say its carb friendly... its healthier for them. I think they will love it. just smother
it with your yummy sauce.
