I like myfitnesspal the best and it's a free app. You can also scan items you are eating and it will put it on your daily intake.

Thanks... I am checking out both , myfitnesspal and fat secret which i have been useing on my pc and found they do have a app that scans also... so for eather how do u adjust the amount (im almost a month post op) to the amount u accualy eat when u scan ?

BTW...I have to say I love u all for the support and info you share . It helps so much to know you can come here and got the support we need

myfitnesspal will let you put in 1/8 of a serving or 1/4 so that would probably work for you at least at first when we eat so little.
