Concerns - rambling

Scheduled 12/5 - leave for family vacation 12/23 for the holidays.  I'm concerned about traveling, what if I 'spring a leak' or have pain while I'm away from my surgeon/physician.

Also, what should I be sure and take with me.  Will I have the energy to keep up with my family?  If I can't, they will be sure to let me know I should NOT have had this procedure.  yeah, well, bite me.  

That's not much time to recover, what kind of vacation is it?

 Flying to Florida to be with family for the holidays.  They want to spend a couple days at Disney, but primarily at my sister's house.

I think you can go to your sister's if you are feeling well and play Disney by ear.  You could always throw a book in your bag and take rest breaks to read.  You may be too tired to spend all day walking through the park.  Next year they can all try to keep up with you!
