Apparently my sleeve does not like a lazy Paige. I started walking daily and guess what....off drops three pounds in the last few days! This is sooo cool. I do not expect it to drop like this forever but I am very happy I found something to trigger the weight to come off! =) I am sooo close to the 240s which I have not been since shortly after my son was born four years ago. Cannot wait! =)

I've had a sore knee for some time.  The knee is getting better as the weight comes off, but still hurts, so other exercise works better.  However, I am going on the Heritage Tour in 4/12 with my 13 yr old, which involves lots of walking, so I need to step it up!  I do notice that when I go to the gym or my dance class (which my knee does not like), the weight comes off more quickly - fancy that!  LOL

The walking does make a difference!  It's so hard to fit it in!  I don't even have kids to take care of so I know it must take some determination for you to get some time for a walk.  It's so cool to hit those personal milestones.  Good for you!

funny diet and exercise! WHo knew! LOL

I just got Bob Harpers kettle bell and wk out dvd...Did it all the way through MOnday and I still can barely walk! But the scale moved down .5 every day this week so far! yay!!! Guess my sleeve didn't like plain ol' exercise bike for wkouts...but seems to love Bob Harber Yay us!

Great job to you! Maybe we should all start some sort of exercise challenge?
