i agree - with the group - try the b12 - that helps a-lot but make sure it is sublingual - the mg's you take don't matter because your body will absorb what you need and release the rest. I try to add in an extra 100 cals on days that I work out and really work on upping my fluids. I haven't been doing well with fluids either. Make that your focus and you will be fine. Keep up the good work - we are all in this journey together. Some in my support group used the phrase... my race at my pace.... that is my new motto - I too have to stop comparing myself to others and just focus on my progress! Good luck!
