Does anyone use Unjury?? What flavor is your fav.?
I just added a teaspoon of unjury unflavored sample into my C4 Tea w/ Splenda Half Lemonade/Half tea!!! It's great, don't even taste that it has the unjury in it!! What is your fav. flavor or even protien powder?? Or fav. way to make shakes w/ Carnation Instant Breakfast (in the blue box) That is almost what I have to live off of next week!! Any tips
for me!!

i am using unjury for my two week liquid diet .... on day six :-(
I love the chocolate spendor! it is almost like chocolate milk!
I have been mixing the chocolate spendor with milk and instant coffee ..... fabulous!
I am not having as much luck with the vanilla .... i don't like it plain and it is just okay with coffee.
The chicken soup is awesome!
I have the unflavored but haven't tried it yet ... i also have the strawberry and haven't tried it yet. I will need to try mixing the unflavored with crystal light, i tried vanilla mixed with crystal light and it was too sweet, even after i watered it down.
good luck!

good luck!
I have the unflavored and the chicken. The chicken is friggin' awesome! I don't care much for the unflavored. I put a scoop in 32 oz of flavored water and I can taste it. Plus, it made my favorite water bottle smell disgusting. It's been about two weeks since I last used it and I can't still taste it a little in my bottle.
I'm not a huge powdered chocolate fan, but the chocolate splendor is amazing!!! I also use the vanilla, it's amazing in low-fat vanilla Silk milk! :)
Not crazy about chicken soup flavored...it tastes "oniony" to me, and you can't get it hot enough. I have the unflavored, but honestly, I haven't really used it in anything. LOL
The strawberry one was disgusting IMO.

I loved the chicken soup flavor and the unflavored. There is a new flavor called Protein'd that makes into a sauce consistency that is pretty good. You mix it with warm water and it has 20 some grams of protein. I mix some dense protein in and a spoonful of veggies and its good. I eat the protein first then the veggies and have some sauce to scrape out of the bowl. Check out the Unjury website. It is a short term offer and must be kept in the frig (even if it is unopened). The unopened container has a 2 month shelf life as I understand it. It is available from now thru April while supplies last. Good luck!
I haven't had my one on one appt with the nutritionist yet, so forgive me if I'm asking a dumb question, but I'm curious about the shakes. I've started making my own that I drink for snack so I can get used to it for my pre/post surgery liquid diet. Anyway, I've been mixing some whey protein powder with 6oz of pineapple juice, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup yogurt and I toss in the horsepill of calcium. I blend it all in the blender and drink it down. It fills me up - but I was wondering about adding the rest of the stuff on the liquid diet? Would that be possible or would it just be powder and water/juice/milk or whatever?
