Addictons... from food to the scale

I have a friend who has had WLS and is also in a Food Addicts treatment and she says that my food addiction has more than likely converted to a scale addiction. It's going to be hard to break especially working in a hospital and on a treatment floor. I almost sat on an infant scale because the adult scale was in a patient's room at the time. I would definitely call that an addiction.

I hear ya! I had to have my hubby hide our scale. KI am now weighing once a month and I feel like I am free! I hope you can find a way to stay off the scale (especially the infant one!).
