WOW you have really worked your sleeve you look fabulous! You are giving me a lot of hope for when I get mine done (I am waiting for my date). We weigh around the same pre-surgery so if I got anywhere near your results i would be flipping out! Continued success!!

Love the pics!! We eat a lot of the same things (the green tea mango CL is my fave flavor!) except for ricotta cheese. I just can't stand the stuff :P

Great post!  I'm going to have to take a closer look at a few of your favorite food items, i might be stealing a few ideas from ya.  Thanks!

You crack me up! You look so good.

Can I ask, when you had your tummy tuck, were you employed? If so, how long did you take off of work? I've got a desk job, no lifting required. I took 2 weeks when I had this surgery because I had a bit of pain and didn't want to over do it.

Thanks girl!!! I did mine at 5 months out and needed at least 3 weeks off and took a good 5 weeks to feel good. Its like death for at least 2 weeks and the next two are like you are laid up from a flu... like that knocked down, worn out sore feeling... Very limited movement... and couldnt stand up straight for at least 5 or 6 weeks. Swelling still lingers at like 4 months out. It was hard but soooo worth it..

I figured it would feel like that...I've had several abdominal surgeries and most too 6-8 weeks off of work.  I only recently learned about the swelling lingering for months.  Guess I should hang onto a few of the looser pants for awhile!  I'm sure it's worth it, even if it sucks while going thru the pain.  I always try to focus on the future and hope the meds block out some of the present! LOL

Thanks for the reply!
