One of the girls on the plastics board said she got a lymphatic massage and lost 4-6 lbs of retained water from it. Shes newly post op too..
might be something to look into or speak with ur surgeon about
when they move the stomach it messes with the lymphatic system which contributes to our swelling post op, or so i understand.
