Surgery Tuesday!!!!!!!

 today is my last day of eating solid foods in the amount i want... lol but no last meals no gorging myself... im ready I'm ready freak out prob tomorrow or Tuesday morning but I know I'll b fine... I can't wait yay!!!! so tomorrow I'm on clear liquids for the day... wish me luck!!!

Hi, Matthew! I stumbled upon you by a happy accident while looking thru this site! I usually spend most of my time on VerticalSleeveTalk.com. I am also having my VSG surgery this Tuesday with Dr. Walton! I sat next to you at support group a couple of weeks ago...the mom with the little girl. So, I am on my last day of solids also:-(  Prepared to go on clear liquids tomorrow morning & very prepared to start dropping weight. I have started packing some stuff for my stay & have my post-op "foods" ready for my return home on Wednesday afternoon. I'm very excited! I already started my donation pile for when I outgrow clothes so I can give them away. I'll be sooooo glad to clean out my big clothes. Unlike you, I am planning to have one "last supper". Not sure exactly what, but something yummy so I won't feel too deprived for the coming weeks. (If it works that way!) How are you feeling about Tuesday? I have gotten rid of my nerves & uncertainties. I'm really ready for a clean new start...difficulties and all. I know this will be difficult, but I also know it will be sooo worth it! Happy to have bumped into you! Maybe we will see eachother walking the halls this week! Best wishes! My surgery is around 9-ish, with an arrival time of 7:30am. How about you?

 hi!! I have to be there around 830am so I'm guessing surgery by 10am or so... I'm a little nervous but not too bad I have to work tomorrow till around 8 then I'm ready... I doubt I'll be able to sleep much since I can't take my sleeping pill the night before... I bet we will see eachother lol I was gonna see if I felt like going to the support meeting on thursday lol... I have a fat clothes pile too.. I'm ready 

Well, good luck tomorrow. I am not looking particularly forward to all clear liquids, but it is what it is. We can do this. I will look for you on Tuesday. I will be right before you, so we may see eachother in pre-op! There is something comforting about knowing someone else who is going through the same thing. Have a good night!
