Congratulations! That shows real progress!
I have enjoyed "shopping" in my closet and donating clothes I am no longer able to wear. That is one thing that is different about the sleeve; I am not holding on to any clothes "just in case"...
I am feeling that this is a one way street, no going back. I would have nothing to wear!!
I starting going to a local thrift store for clothes for now. I went about a month ago and found great stuff, many with tags still on. It was fun to try on smaller sizes and see what I can fit into. I am going back today to see what they have now. I was able to get two large bags of clothes, including two coats, for $80.00 last time.
Continued success and enjoy those shrinking numbers!!
