4.5 Months Out & A Kidney Stone
And I had a kidney stone pass on Monday - the doctors told me this was a very real possibility and with my luck it just had to happen - but it will all be worth it once I hit my goal. This is the fourth time I have had one, the first three unrelated to weightloss but rather high uric acid. I was put on medication to keep it under control, and it was but when I had the sleeve, they told me the increase in animal protein + rapid weight loss, the medication would be somewhat useless. I have to work harder on drinking more water, and start eliminating the diet snapples and crystal lite teas.
On the bright side, when I was weighed at the hospital I was 272 (11/14/11), down from my starting weight of 359 on 7/6/11. I'm also on track for my 6 month, 100 pound loss goal.
And here is a picture from a wedding I went too this weekend before my kidneystone attack, 87 pounds lighter and 5 inches taller thanks to some monster heels I was able to walk in!

YOu look great and those heels are HAWT! Oh dear, if losing weight causes kidney stones, I'm in for it. I passed 5 this spring.
