You have already received some great advice that I totally agree with.  I would like to add that reducing your sodium can help and that taking out soft protein and replacing it with dense protein can be a huge help.  In addition, try to incorporate as many high fiber veggies into your diet as you can and still meet your calorie goals.  Include artichokes, and green leafy veggies into your diet.  The high fiber and dense protein keeps you from overeating and reduces your cravings.  Every bit helps when you are fighting the last few pounds.

Now that I`m tracking my calories I realize how much emotional eating I`ve been doing. Wow it`s a bit like starting over. restricting myself makes me want to eat twice as often..thank god for my sleeve!! Hitting the gym and running again to burn extra calories.
