Broke the stall with my weekend eating

I'm down 5lbs. Since saturday and I ate bs all weekend. I didn't follow the plan on Saturday or Sunday. I still ate super small amounts but I think the change totally kicked my metabolisms but+. I also ate every three hours and now i'm moving down the scale again. Yay can't wait to see 27X. I went from 291 to 286 in 2 days!

Hi,

Congrats on that loss on the scale.  
Sometimes it takes a little bit of our own nutritional insight to break stalls.
Our bodies work in mysterious ways, and once we understand it's formula to break stalls, we can be assured that the next stall will pass.

good for you...........I was in New York this weekend and had a tiny bit of strawberry shortcake and a grown folks beverage and lost 3lbs.

Yep, that works for me too. If I go too long on too low calorie I stall. Then I have a few days of eating more and bam, it starts dropping again. Just can't go overboard with it. Two days tops of eating over 1,000 calories then back to plan. Works every time.
