so I had my sleeve done last Tuesday morning at 10:30 this first week has been pretty easy not bad at all surgery wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be either... I will say this again this surgery forces your relationship with food to change instantly I have has my head hunger this week and have just drank my protein shakes through it.. I have eaten some cheese too that really hit the spot... I feel great I'm up like almost normal no pain just the slightest bit of soreness here but other than that I have to get use to my new normal start back to work Thursday ready to see how that goes.. to anyone thinkIng about this surgery I would do it again... 15lbs lost this first week... might try for 40 the first month lol

Congrats!  Thanks for sharing your story because my surgery is set for Dec 21 and I am trying to be a sponge and absorb any helpful info I can get my hands on!

Congratulations - 15 lbs in a week is AWESOME!!!  Each day you will feel a little better the further you get out from surgery.  I will give you a warning - the first month the relationship with food is forced to change, but as you get to add more foods back in, bad habits can creap back in very easily.  I recommend tracking to avoid getting into bad habits.

Keep rockin your sleeve!
